We ordered the seals through Wolfsburg West and The Bus Depot, and after much struggle to get the rubber on the glass and multiple tries seating the glass in the channels on the bus, we got it. This is definitely a two if not three person job, and it was made a bit more difficult as we chose to use the ‘deluxe’ stainless trim around the windows. The trick to installing the seals on the glass, the trim inside the seals’ channels, and then installing each window on the bus was copious amounts of silicone lube, a lot of firm but flat handed pushing on the glass, a nylon string for getting the rubber over the channel on the bus, and then a lot of flat-handed slapping to get things to seat perfectly.
